23 If you will repent at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.
33 But whoever listens to me and heeds what I say, shall dwell safely; and he shall be at peace from the fear of evil."3
18 Poverty and shame shall be to him who refuses instruction, but he who welcomes reproof shall be honored.4 [Every man and woman has their day of visitation from the Lord, when He anonymously reasons with us to turn from evil and do right; but we typically ignore His counsel, reproof, and reasonings because we are stubborn and insistent on our own selfish ends.]
32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him."4 [From the Word of the Lord within: "Without obedience you have nothing; sorry, there are not wildcards in the camp. Everyone is expecting Jesus to be their excuse. No man is promoted or excused that repeats sin. You are without excuse O man. People must stand the price for their very brazen behavior. All men are without excuse; if I were silent, they would have an excuse. I've warned them and given them the requirements and preached the exclusions; they should not expect anything else or conclusion. The way is clear: listen and obey. Obedience leads to restoration of life."]
24 And he said to them, "Take heed what you hear; with what measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.
|Luke 8:18 |
18 Take heed therefore how you hear. For whoever has will be given more; and whoever does not have, from him shall be taken even that which he seems to have." [From the Word of the Lord within: "Only those who want to be clean can hear." You must listen carefully in silence to hear the Lord, and when you hear you must retain the words and obey any commands; the words he speaks to you impart the life of God, John 6:63. You must continue to hear more and obey all heard, or you will lose whatever progress you have made.]
