5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,1

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.2 [The Father is in you allChrist is in you all, and the Kingdom of Heaven is in you; there, in your hearts, is where you will find them all. Know him there searching your hearts, and find him there trying your minds and hearts; incline your ears, and give ear to him there, who will render to everyone of you according to your words and works whether they are good or evil, (George Fox.]

17 Jesus then said to her, "Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brothers and say to them, 'I ascend to my Father and your Father, and to my God and your God.'" [Note! The God of Jesus is the Father. Jesus did not claim to be God; Jesus said he was the Son of God, Luke 22:70, and the Father was greater than Him, John 14:28.]

28 And when all things are subdued to him [Jesus, the Son], then will the Son himself also be subject to him who put all things under him, so that God [the Father] may be all in all.

1 Timothy 2:5

5 For there is one God [the Father], and one mediator between God and men, Christ Jesus, himself [having been] human, [So praying to Mary or supposed saints directly conflicts with scripture; it denies the preeminence of Christ Jesus as the one-and-only mediator between God and man, and it is an abomination. From the Word of Lord within: "they bow to saints that they themselves have created; they bless their own ways. The men in the sects decide who are saints, and then they pray to them as though they are Gods." This is just an imitation of the practice of the Roman Senate, to designate emperors as Gods: Julius Caesar, Augustus, etc.

Protestant Christianity teaches that Christ being the mediator, is like a defense lawyer who never loses a case and is going to excuse their life of sin because they "believe;" but that is not the function of Christ the mediator. The mediator's function is not to excuse, it is to mediate the new covenant, writing the law of God in a man's heart, so changing a man to become holy and pure, freed from all sin, perfected forever, and in union with Christ and God, speaking and working according to the will of God, not the man's own will any longer.

From the Word of the Lord within:

46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?" that is to say, My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? [Notice, Jesus, the Son of God, calls out to His God, the Father, the one God. Jesus said he was the Son of God; he never claimed to be God.]

1 John 5:7

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his abundant mercy will produce again for us to live through the raising up of Jesus Christ from the spiritually dead,2 [These believers are spiritually dead, (without the life of God), still living in their sins, but they have the hope of Christ being resurrected within them to new life; they have yet to receive salvation, so it is impossible for them to already be born again as this verse was mistranslated by the deficit sects' scholars, steeped in the doctrines of Babylon.]
