17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, fair, gentle, easily accepted, full of mercy and good fruits, immediately understood, and sincere.2 [From the Word of the Lord within: "The Lord is gentle and kind to those whom He corrects, and even more than usual to those in suffering circumstances."]
7 Wisdom is the principal thing. Therefore pursue wisdom, and with all your pursuits, get understanding.
16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to choose understanding rather than silver!
23 Buy the truth, and do not sell it; also wisdom, and discipline, and understanding.
12 He who is void of wisdom despises his neighbor, but a man of understanding holds his peace.
3 Through wisdom a house is built [in your heart]; and by understanding it is established.
21 The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of wisdom.
5 Get wisdom, get understanding. Do not forget it; neither turn away from the words of my mouth. [Wisdom does not come from reading scriptures; wisdom comes from the Teacher, (Spirit of God), teaching you from the words of his mouth — Christ speaks to those who wait on Him in humble silence as they listen, watch, hear, and obey.]
33 The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom, and before honor is humility.5
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
|1 Corinthians 1:24 |
24 But to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
