1 Timothy 4:9-10 Display Chapter and Footnotes   9 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance. 10 Therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.2 [(Mark! All men, not just all believers). All men are saved from death by Jesus. Jesus has tasted death for every man, Heb 2:9, not just "believers." Because the disobedience of one man led all men to condemnation; even so one man's act of righteousness exculpates (pronounces not guilty of offences) all men to right standing with God and eternal life. Rom 5:18. Jesus died so all persons will be reconciled with God; but each person must first experience the painful removal of sin because reconciliation can only occur between pure objects; for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness, and what communion has light with darkness? 2 Cor 6:14.] |
2 We trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe. (Mark! Rom 5:18. All men are eventually justified. All men are eventually saved. (Mark! All men, not just all believers). Jesus made it possible so that all men will be eventually saved: For God has sealed them all [men] in disobedience, that he might show mercy on all [men]. Rom 5:1. But all men must pass through the fire before being set to right standing with God, either: 1) the first fruits, at the conclusion of repentance on the inward cross, pass through the unquenchable fire of the Holy Spirit's baptism of death to the sinful nature, or 2) those dying in their sins, all must pass through the lake of fire, commonly called Hell. All will be reconciled to God: the few who are crucified, purified, and perfected while on earth with great reward; and the many who are purified in Hell. "And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, to reconcile by him [Jesus], all things to himself [the Father]; by him [Jesus], I say, whether they are things on earth, or things in heaven." Col 1:20.
From the Word of the Lord within:
Those who do not die to self through the cross while on earth, go through forced repentance until they are under control and governed by the Lord, (therefore He is truly their Lord), but they: a) are not kings and priests, b) do not live in the higher dimension of the inner court where the kings and priests dwell, c) will live forever in the lower dimension while fully aware of the higher dimension, d) will regret forever that they wasted their time on the earth in foolish pursuits, and e) forever suffer that regret plus the deprivation of the higher dimension.
