2 Peter 3:15-19

 15 And know that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you,

 16 As he does in all his letters, speaking in them of these things. There are some things in his letters that are hard to understand, which those who are unlearned and unstable wrest [twist] to their own destruction, as they also do the other scriptures. [Who are the unlearned? Those who have only studied the scriptures without dedicating themselves to waiting on God to be taught by Him, led by Him, and had even their desires for sin to destroyed by Him; so that all their thoughts, words, and deeds were supplied by the Holy Spirit.]

 17 Therefore, beloved, since you know these things beforehand, beware lest you also, being led away by the error of the wicked,4 fall away from your own steadfastness. [The error of the wicked is to believe that by grace God licenses the continuation of sin until death in believers.]

 18 But grow in grace,5 and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen. [This shows grace is not instantly received as salvation upon belief. What more grace could be received than salvation? But you must grow in grace, until the Spirit has put to death all the lusts, pride, and passions of the sinful nature before you will ever see salvation. From the Word of the Lord within: "We must grow in grace and love."]

2 Peter 2:11-19

 11 When angels, who are greater in power and might, do not dare bring a railing accusation against them before the Lord.2

 12 But these, like natural brute beasts, made to be captured and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they do not understand; and will utterly perish in their own corruption;

 13 And will receive the reward of unrighteousness, like those who count it a pleasure to carouse in the day time. They are spots and blemishes, reveling in their own deceptions while they feast with you;

 14 Having eyes full of adultery [sexual lust and love of the world], who cannot cease from sin, beguiling unstable souls. They have exercised their heart in covetous practices, they are cursed children, [The false prophets and false teachers did not have the patience to bear the cross and crucify their lusts and affections before preaching and teaching, and so they are filthy dreamers: filthy in mind and spirit and dreaming that they are saved, righteous, and capable of preaching and teaching. From the Word of the Lord within: "They are filthy dreamers;" they are filthy because their hearts are defiled with all manner of sins that they still commit with disregard to the Lord's many warnings and requirements, and they are dreaming that they are righteous. The flesh, including sexual desires and the carnal mind, which is enmity with God, must be destroyed before salvation is attained.]

 15 Who have forsaken the right way and have gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness,

 16 Who was rebuked for his iniquity by the dumb ass speaking with a man's voice forbidding the madness of the prophet.3

 17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a storm, for whom black darkness is reserved.

 18 For speaking great swelling words of vanity, they lure through the lusts of the flesh and much wantonness, those who were barely escaping from those who live in error. [To live in error is to live in sin.]

 19 Although these false teachers promise them liberty, they themselves are the slaves of corruption [sin, immorality]; for by whatever a man is overcome, he is enslaved.4 [The blind guides of Christianity teach the liberty of consequence-free sin and that there is no need to bear the cross; but Jesus said, "Unless you repent, all of you will perish," Luke 13:3,5; and Paul said, "The wages of sin is death," Rom 6:23. From the Word of the Lord within: "I am against the shepherds, who have prophesied a false salvation. Consequence-free sin does not exist. There are many that deny the cross and all that is necessary." There is a liberty for a crucified son of God, freed from all sin, walking in the royal law of love and fulfilling the law; but until that occurs, you will be banned from heaven when you die.]
