30 And Paul lived two whole years in his own rented house, and received all who came to him,
31 Preaching the kingdom of God and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ with all confidence, no man forbidding him.
1 When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all of one accord in one place,
2 When suddenly a sound came from heaven like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
46 And they continued daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and singleness of heart,
47 Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.6
41 So they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.
42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
17 So from Miletus he sent to Ephesus, and called the elders of the church to him.
18 And when they had come to him, he said to them, "You know, from the first day that I came into Asia, after what manner I have lived with you at all times,
19 Serving the LORD with all humility of mind and with many tears and trials, which befell me by the plots of the Jews;
20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable to you, but have shown you and have taught you publicly, and from house to house,
21 Testifying both to the Jews and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
5 Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my well-beloved Epaenetus, who is the first fruits of Achaia to Christ.
|1 Corinthians 16:19|
19 The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you highly in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.
15 Salute the brothers who are in Laodicea, and Nymphas and the church that is in his house.
|Philemon 1:2 |
2 And to our beloved Apphia, and Archippus our fellow soldier, and to the church in your house:
