| Ephesians 5:13 13 But all things [sins] reproved are made manifest [revealed] by the light. For whatever reveals is light. [Revealed by the light of the word, Jesus, who reproves every man of sin with light that reveals the sins of his heart to him; the light anonymously pleads with us to cease our evil behavior, but men in their darkness do not comprehend the light. While a man may forget the light's reproving him of his sins, when that man dies, he will see every reproof of God in his lifetime played back vividly and they will be his judge, John 12:47-48; he will remember them all and be ashamed that he ignored the gentle pleadings of his creator.
