12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ;4 [The single purpose of the ministry is to perfect the believers: we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom, so that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Col 1:28. It is impossible for an unperfected minister to help in perfecting the saints, to a perfect man, in the fullness of Christ. Jesus told us that any unperfected minister was a blind guide because he could not see to take the spec out of his brother's eye due to the log in his own eye, Luke 6:40; and He told us to leave them. Mat 15:14. Any minister who denies perfection is a false prophet that denies the scriptures. From the Word of the Lord within: "Those who preach against perfection have a lack of earnest faith. There is only one way to get perfect, and it has been refused."]

4 he appointed [with his authority and power] some as apostles; and some as prophets; and some as evangelists; and some as pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ; Note! Jesus appoints [with his authority and power] preachers and teachers. Those people who think they are "called" to be teachers and preachers are self-appointed, unless 1) they are first taught and trained by the Holy Sprit, 2) specifically authorized by Jesus, 3) and then to be specifically sent and preach only words heard from the Spirit immediately before speaking.

Note! The purpose of these gifts of office is for the perfecting of the saints, and unless a minister or teacher has first been made perfect by the changing powerful grace of God to have been delivered from sin, then it is impossible for him to be a part of the perfecting of the saints. Any minister who denies perfection is a false prophet and denies the scriptures; by denying the possibility of perfection, they are denying Jesus as Lord and Master. Jesus told us that an unperfected minister was a blind guide — whom he also said to leave them.

Further, until a man's selfish, evil spirit has been crucified on the inward cross of self-denial, his carnal mind, which is enmity with God, is still alive; and every word spoken about God by the carnal mind is spoken in vanity.

Even Jesus did not judge, speak, or act without the Spirit's specific prompting. As Jesus said:

Any man who speaks of God or Christ without the Spirit's specifically supplied words is seeking his own glory,
and he is estimating himself to be greater than Christ, for Christ said: The disciple is not above his master, but everyone who is perfect [purified, restored to the spiritual image of God, specifically authorized, and perfected] will be like his master. Luke 6:40.
If you are speaking and/or working for God without being specifically ordered in each and every word and action, you are essentially claiming that your own words and deeds are superior to what Jesus' might have been if he had made his own decisions about what to say and do.

The preachers of Christendom stand condemned for seeking their own glory and then accepting pay for their worthless words; when to even charge for true words of life like Balaam, spoken from the spirit of God, is expressly forbidden by Paul, Peter and Jesus. Seeking their own glory, the preachers of Christendom speak from their carnal minds, the nature of death, and preach their vain opinions from the imagination of their evil hearts. The ministers of Christendom are ministers of Babylon, having sold their congregations to destruction in their blind teachings while collecting money for their liestrue treachery. The ministers of Christendom are: not taught by the Lord's voice and light, not perfected by the Lord, not gifted with an authorized ministry, not sent by the Lord, and not speaking words from the Spirit of the Lord; rather they speak from their carnal minds, the nature of death, and preach their vain opinions from the imagination of their evil hearts. These ministers of Satan's Babylon masquerade as ministers of righteousness, themselves fooled to believe they are ministers of Christ.

Jesus said the false prophets in sheep's clothing would come. John said the antichrists and false apostles had come and had gone out from among them. Peter saw the false teachers had come. Paul and Jude saw the false apostles had come, and warned the brothers night and day for three years of more coming. And in Revelation, John saw where the whole world was to go after the false prophets and the false church, which occurred shortly afterwards. The false church is Revelation's whore of Babylon, riding the beast of many names [41,000 sects in Christendom], with horns like a lamb [that resembles the true church], but who speaks like a dragon [men speaking from their carnal minds, which is enmity with God, and their vain opinions from their evil imaginations] instead of speaking words supplied by the Holy Spirit, as Jesus and the Apostles did.

From the Word of the Lord within:

Patiently we wait for God's instructions. The godly wait for my instructions for many things shall I come want done. To serve without hearing is putting your life in danger. God, save us from the sayings of our mouth. A word spoken from the Spirit requires you to hear what the Spirit says to you. All and only words from Him are to be spoken; the purpose is to prevent anyone from going out without authority, which you can see creates problems. Regarding those who run ahead: they are abandoned with cruel, hard knocks. Those who take directed action will save theirs and others' lives. If told what to pray for, they can be extremely effective; to pray as heard — righteous expectation. Master following. Everyone hear what the Spirit says; this you do. You do as God has directed and only that; we do as He tells us.
