1 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Clearly this is a spiritual occurrence. To reach salvation, a man must spend time in the dry wilderness, mostly deaf, mostly blind. When the Lord appears in a man's heart, the dry wilderness is replaced by fountains of living waters that spring from a man's inner being. A man's spirit will then be able to clearly see in the Light of God and clearly hear the Word within his heart.
