10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak to you are not spoken from myself; but from the Father living in me, who does the miracles. [Jesus did not claim to be the Father. Jesus said that He, (the image of the invisible God), and the Father were one; and the Father spoke and acted through Him, (Jesus). Jesus is saying that the Father was in Him and that He was in the Father, which is like crucified believers that can be in union with and one with Christ and the Father too, as John 17:20-23 fully describes below:
"Neither do I pray for these alone, but also for those also who will believe in me through their word [teachings]; that they all may be one; as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. John 17:20-21.
And the glory which you gave me I have given them; so that they may be one, just as we are one. John 17:22.
I in them, and you in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that you have sent me, and have loved them, as you have loved me." John 17:23
(and John 14:20 confirms: "In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.")]
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me, or else believe me because of the miracles themselves.
