4 He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood, lives [continually] in me, and I in him. The words you hear are the bread of life, the bread from heaven. The words are his flesh and blood. Each word you hear from the Spirit is the life of Jeus, (his flesh and blood), that is engrafted into your heart; forming Christ within you; until Christ is fully formed and resurrected in you to be your true Lord, ruling your thoughts, your words, and your deeds. From the Word of the Lord within, "Christ is actually resurrected in every person that comes to Him and obeys Him repetitively. With persistent and faithful obedience, you too will be raised. "

To live in Christ is to have died to self, to have crucified the flesh or sinful nature on the inward cross of self-denial. To live in Christ is to have put off the old man, to have put on the incorruptible. To live in Christ is to sit down in Christ in heaven. To live in Christ is to be one with Christ, and one with the Father, and one with all the other true disciples of Christ.
