3 I tell you, no. But unless you repent, all of you will also perish.1 [From the Word of the Lord within: "Ephesians 5:5-6—this is the void of the earth, made perfectly clear: 'For of this you can be sure, that no sexually immoral, or impure, or covetous person (who is an idolater), has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words. For because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.' Eph 5:5-6." "Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame." 1 Cor 15:34. "These times of ignorance God has overlooked; but now he commands all men everywhere to repent," Acts 17:30.]

5 I tell you, no. But unless you repent, all of you will also perish." [From the Word of the Lord within: "We must be brought under the control of God by repentance. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, who stand forth without repentance!" The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, ...but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Pet 3:9.]

16 Do you not know that to whom you yield yourselves as slaves to obey, you are the slaves of whom you obey; whether of sin that leads to death, or of obedience that leads to righteousness?5 [Obedience leads to being righteous. Without obedience, listening to and obeying the Word of God in your heart, you are a slave to sin. Jesus strongly confirms this: Truly, Truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. John 8:34. We through the Spirit, by faith, patiently wait for the hope of righteousness. Gal 5:5]

19 I speak in terms of men because of the weakness of your flesh. As you previously yielded your body to the slavery of uncleanness and from wickedness to wickedness; so now yield your body to the slavery of righteousness that results in holiness.8 [The slavery of righteousness is to only speak and act in obedience to the commands you hear spoken by the Holy Spirit.]

34 Then Jesus answered them, "Truly, Truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin.5 [If you are still sinning, sin is your master, and the Lord cannot be your Lord or Master because as the Lord said, you cannot serve two masters. From the Word of the Lord within: "If you are still sinning, you belong to sin and not to Me. Those who belong to Christ are through with sin. Remember, every person who sins, denies Him as Lord and Master." Your challenge is to be set free from sin by Him, thus to be a slave to righteousness instead, only speaking the words you hear Him tell you to speak immediately before speaking and only doing what He orders you to do. Don't fool yourself to think you are not sinning; for until you are guided by the light of the Lord in every word to speak and every deed to be done, you are walking in the ways of the world, according to the prince of the power of the air, (Satan), in the lusts of the flesh, fulfilling the desires of your flesh and the thoughts of your mind; and that is walking in darkness, which is sin. Until your imagination and carnal mind have been destroyed by the Lord and replaced with the mind of Christ, you are still sinning.]
