4 Your word [heard from within] is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path. When a man has been sufficiently cleansed to receive his anointing, a man hears and sees instructions from God for what noble thing to do or say next. Such a man walks by the light of God, which shows and instructs him what to say and do. The light within a man is the light of the word, who is Christ, the word of God. Even Jesus did not judge, speak, or act without the Spirit's specific prompting. Jesus said:

David also said in verse 133: Order my steps by your word, [the word within], heard in the heart. But the word is very near to you, in your mouth, and in your heart, so that you may obey it. Deu 30:14].

So many ignorant false prophets in Christendom think the word is the Bible; yet, Jesus Christ is the word of God: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was god. John 1:1. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood; and his name is called The Word of God. And he has on his garment and on his thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. Rev 19:13,167.
